Small Unit Big Results

When I bought a new Jeep, I knew I was going to be airing up after days spent on the beach or on the trail. Driving on paved roads at 12psi didn’t appeal to me all that much, so I was in the market for a portable air compressor. Based on an article from Expedition Portal, Extreme Outback’s product line caught my eye, although I didn’t need their 100% duty cycle units with my 32” BFGs.

Even though I went with the ExtremeAire Junior, they didn’t skimp at all with the quality emergency home solutions. If you have 33s and under, this is more than enough to fill an entire set without stopping – as I found out recently on a trip to Martha’s Vineyard, where airing down was essential with the soft Atlantic sand.
