Return Procedure

Contact EXTREME OUTBACK PRODUCTS directly regarding any problem. Written or verbal authorization must be furnished by EXTREME OUTBACK PRODUCTS in advance. All items must be returned freight prepaid, via traceable carrier, packaged insured. If the product is found to be warrantable, it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you. All freight charges are the customers responsibility. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
